Brewin foundation welcomes any volunteer to be part of their team in order to continue enhance its vision and mission through serving children who are vulnerable and orphaned with a family centered approach. We seek volunteers that are highly motivated and self-driven who would like to gain work experience in the area of children’s welfare including health, education and social justice. Volunteer opportunities at BF are extremely diverse and involvement can range from a few days to a few months or longer. BF guarantees a gain in experience working with a NGO as well as an exciting time experiencing life in Uganda also known as the pearl of Africa.  

BF has a well-staffed team, however we are always open to anybody looking to volunteer their time and energy. An open mind and forward-thinking attitude will make the most of your time with us. Our goal is to create a well-rounded experience of what it’s like to work for a local non-governmental organisation on the frontlines of development work. Each person has a different skill set and because of our small size we try and utilize every volunteer who walks through the door to their full potential. The skills you’ve acquired from other jobs, volunteer placements, life experiences, and educational achievements can all be used here in some capacity.
